Owned product and architecture of an RBI-compliant video-KYC SaaS adopted by 30+ NBFCs — WebRTC engine, multi-tenant session orchestration and audit pipeline — cutting onboarding from a week to under a day.
Took a retail billing & inventory platform from zero to production in under three months; led a 15-member cross-functional team while staying hands-on in Django/DRF and GraphQL.
